Description
This Pre-Solicitation Notice is being issued by the United States Army Corps of Engineers- Chicago District to inform interested contractors of the district?s intent to issue a construction solicitation for Green Bay Harbor Culvert Repair at Cat Island, located in Green Bay, Wisconsin.PROJECT INFORMATION: This is a solicitation notice for an active Construction Project for Green Bay Harbor Culvert Repair at Cat Island, Brown County, Wisconsin.DESCRIPTION: This project entails the replacement of an existing 24-inch reinforced concrete pipe (RCP) culvert with an 84-inch RCP culvert at the Cat Island Dredged Material Management Facility (DMMF) in Brown County, Wisconsin.CONTRACTING OFFICE: USACE Chicago District, 231 South LaSalle Street, Suite 1500, Chicago IL 60604ACQUISITION INFORMATION: Competition for this acquisition is RESERVED EXCLUSIVELY for Small Business Concerns. The North American Industry System Classification Code the NAICS 237990 Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction, with a small business size standard in dollars of $45.0 Million. The magnitude of cost for construction is estimated between $250,000 and $500,000. The solicitation package is planned for advertisement during the fourth (4th) quarter of Fiscal Year (FY) 25.The solicitation will be downloadable from the internet only. The project specification files are PDF files and can be viewed, navigated, or printed using Adobe Acrobat Reader. Once the package is released into advertisement at this website, interested bidders may download the full package, which includes- specification and drawing files.For Construction: FAR 36.211 (b) (1).
