BRAND NAME - MARKFORGED 3D PRINTERS AND PARTS

Description

This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial products prepared in accordance with RFO part 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is N0040626QS234 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for a BRAND NAME requirement for Markforged 3D printer and parts. This acquisition is a total small business set-aside. This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. The NAICS CODE is 333248 and the Small Business Size Standard is 750 employees. The Government will award a firm fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation without discussions to the responsible offeror whose quote, conforming to the solicitation, represents the best value to the Government, price, delivery technical acceptability, past performance, and other factors considered in no particular order. QUESTIONS: Offerors may submit their questions regarding clarification of solicitation requirements by email to ashley.a.rollin.civ@us.navy.mil no later than 1 day before solicitation closing date and time. Any questions received after this deadline may not be answered. Anticipated Delivery Date: 16 MAR 2026 Shipping terms shall be: FOB Origin System for Award Management (SAM). Quoting vendors must be registered in the SAM database to be considered for award. Registration is free and can be completed on-line at http://sam.gov/. To be considered for this opportunity, all quotes shall be submitted in either Microsoft Word, Excel spreadsheet or Adobe PDF. Each quote must clearly indicate the capability of the vendor to meet all specification requirements by submitting a specification sheet for each part and will be reviewed for acceptability by the Technical POC. Quotes shall be valid for sixty (60) days (at minimum). Quote packages SHALL contain the following information: 1. Official Company Name; 2. Point of contact including name, phone number and email; 3. Cage Code number. 4. Business size 5. Payment terms 6. Quoted pricing in line with the CLINs with FOB Origin shipping. Quote must reflect unit price, extended price, total amount and any associated lead time(s). 7. Brand name only - AUTHORIZED DISTRIBUTOR letter or documentation from the OEM is required to be submitted with quote. See attached solicitation for a list of line-item number(s) and items, quantities, and units of measure. Additionally, include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3 Alt I, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, with your quote IF your company does not have the Representations and Certifications completed in SAM.gov.
