The McAlester Army Ammunition Plant (MCAAP) seeks to procure box culvert bridge materials for modernization and repair work. 2. See attached SF1449 Solicitation for exact requirements. FOB Destination McAlester Ammunition Plant, McAlester OK. Note: Every item listed shall be accounted for in the offeror's bid submission for it to be considered. 3. BID SUBMISSIONS ONLY VIA EMAIL: mackenzie.a.helgerson.civ@army.mil. Any changes to the solicitation shall also be posted to this web site and it is the contractor's responsibility to check sity daily for any posted changes.
