Billings USMS - Cellblock Refresh Stainless Steel Restoration: Remove scratches from stainless steel benches and walls in: Contractor/USMS/GSA walk-through required to verify exact damage locations Painting Bozeman FSA - Office Build-Out Build new wall with metal studs Install door and frame to match existing (type, size, color) Extend wall to deck above Install matching baseboard on new wall Add electrical receptacles if required by code Repair/replace carpet as needed Paint entire room with low VOC paint to match existingRepair affected ceiling grid Relocate fire sprinklers per code Move HVAC ceiling penetrations as needed Bozeman FWS - Freezer HVAC Install heat removal system for ultra-low temperature freezers Maintain room temperature between 64.4�F to 89.6�F per equipment specifications Solution Options: New exhaust system with fresh air supply duct, OR Ductless split-system AC unit with fresh air supply Contractor to investigate and propose solution with pricing GENERAL REQUIREMENTS Provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision Comply with all applicable codes and standards Submit detailed cost breakdown and proposed solutions Maintain OSHA and GSA safety standards Coordinate access during business hours HSPD-12 badge required
