Description

PMS 300 will host an Industry Day to provide an overview for the recapitalization effort of the USS Arizona Memorial (AZM) Tour Boat (TB) fleet, hereafter referred to as the AZM TB. The AZM TB fleet of 6 boats is designed to support a mission of two boats (rotating) operating 11 hours per day for 362-days a year to provide access to one of the Nations most sacred memorials. Overall, the AZM TB must be reliable, fuel efficient, provide for a solemn ride, and not detract from the memorial experience. The overall mission objective is "Reliable, Efficient, and Solemn. Industry Days will be held on 18 March 2026 and 19 March 2026 at the Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Honolulu, Hawaii . The objective of this event is to obtain industry feedback on different recapitalization courses of action (whether that be new construction or refurbishment) and to increase the fidelity of any work estimates to help inform the programs broader market research. All questions shall be submitted by the due date of this notice, 10 March 2026, by email to Jason Pratt, Contact Specialist. Questions and answers will be presented at Industry Day. Please see the attachments below for additional information.
