Description
*** This is a Sole Source Requirement to Honeywell Cage Code 5Y043*** This requirement is a Firm Fixed Price contract for the repair of the Air Data Processor (ADP), NSN: 6610-01-432-8459FX, PN: 2118952-5, to provide all of the necessary parts and labor to test and repair the ADP. The repair of the ADP is performed as a Direct Sales Partnership Agreement (DSPA) with the Government (WR-ALC/EMXG), supporting requirements generated for the Air Force Sustainment Center (AFSC), 638th Supply Chain Management Group (SCMG), 409th Supply Chain Management Squadron (SCMS)/GUMCA. The contract will be a one-year (12-month) Definitive Contract. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with Other Than Full and Open procedures in accordance with FAR Part 6.302. The Government does not own any production level technical data in support of this requirement. As a result, Honeywell International, CAGE 5Y043, is the only known source with adequate knowledge of the F-15E�s Air Data Processor�s performance requirements and possession of the required technical data and capabilities needed to repair this item and ensure compatibility of the equipment.
