Description
This is a Request for Information (RFI)/Sources Sought. Not a solicitation. Military Correctional Facility Miramar and Pearl Harbor detachment (MCFM) have a Brand Name requirement for 14 LexisNexis desks and 14 corresponding desk mounts in accordance with (IAW) the attached Statement of Work (SOW). This will help meet SECNAV's equipment requirements for legal reference materials. LexisNexis is a comprehensive legal research database and service provider that offers a suite of tools designed for accessing legal documents, case law, statutes, and regulations. Their kiosk system, specifically designed for use in correctional facilities, provides a secure, self-contained environment where prisoners can access legal information. Interested parties need only provide proof of capability and/or provide a Capability Statement to determine capability. Please indicate business size and any socio-economic considerations on provided material.
