This solicitaiton is hereby amended. Amendment 0001 to RFQ No. 2031JW26Q00011 incorporates responses to the Vendor Questions under Attachment 2 - Vendor Questions and Answers_Updated. This is Request for Quotation No. 2031JW26Q00011 for Fiduciary Liability Insurance and Consulting Services. Please refer to the solicitation and Attachments 1-3 for details. This is a synopsis only and is not a solicitation. The OCC releases a "draft" Performance Work Statement for review. The solicitation is anticipated to be posted to SAM.gov by December 8, 2025. This is a synopsis only and is not a solicitation. The OCC estimates a solicitation will be posted to SAM.gov by November 7, 2025. The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), Office of Acquisition Management on behalf of the OCC�s Human Capital, 401(K) Office is seeking to acquire fiduciary liability insurance and consulting services. The OCC requires fiduciary liability insurance and consulting services specifically the services of a specialty lines insurance broker that is both qualified and experienced in the arena of providing fiduciary liability. The consulting services includes expert training and consultative sessions to 401(k) Committee members. The Government intends to establish a contract for Fiduciary Liability Insurance and Consulting Services. The Government will be seeking full and open competition (no set aside). The resulting contract will have a base year plus four 12-month option year periods.
