Description
The purpose of amendment A0007 is to post clarifications to solicitation 15DDHQ25R00000010. The government will not consider any additional questions or clarifications after this amendment. Final Proposals are due October 15, 2025, at 10:00am est. No Late submissions will be accepted. See clarifications in attachment section. A0006- The purpose of this amendment is to post an updated Request for Quote(RFQ), a new CLIN structure pricing sheet and answers to questions submitted by prospective offeror. Final proposals must incorporate the changes from this amendment in order to be in compliance with the solicitation as amended. The hour and date specified for receipt of offers is October 15, 2025 at 10:00am EST. No late submissions will be accepted. The attachments for this amendment are: A28 Request for Quote- Amendment A0006, A31 Questions and Answers- Amendment A0006 and A0006 New CLIN Excel Pricing Sheet. A0005- The purpose of this amendment is to extend the due date to October 15, 2025 at 10:00am EST. No late submissions will be accepted. Another amendment is forthcoming, which will address questions from prospective offerors and to make changes to the solicitation including the CLIN structure. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. A0004- The purpose of this amendment is to extend the due date to October 8, 2025 at 10:00am EST. No late submissions will be accepted. Another amendment is forthcoming, which will address questions from prospective offerors and to make changes to the solicitation including the CLIN structure. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. A0003- The purpose of this amendment is to extend the due date to September 25, 2025 at 10:00am EST. No late submissions will be accepted. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. A0002- The purpose of this amendment is to extend the due date to September 18, 2025 at 10:00am EST. No late submissions will be accepted. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. *A0001-This amendment clarifies that this request for quote (RFQ) is 100 percent set aside for small businesses only. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. This is a solicitation for a 5-year Blanket Purchase Agreement is for the National Community Outreach & Prevention Engagement. Services are to be performed in accordance with the attached Request for Quote and Statement of Work. All communications concerning this solicitation, including any of a technical nature, shall be made through the Contract Specialist and Contracting Officer. All questions, technical or otherwise, in response to this solicitation shall be in writing and received by the Government on or before Wednesday 27, August 2025 by 10:00 AM, Eastern Time. The government will not address any additional questions after this date. Final quotes are due by email to Naomi.S.Collier@dea.gov and Andrew.J.Craig@dea.gov on or before 8 October 2025 by 10:00 AM, Eastern Time. No late submissions will be accepted. SMALL BUSINESSES ONLY
