Description
A0003 - The purpose of this amendment is to respond to BQ 9, update summary of changes via Attachment J-10_BQA_Log, and update attachments J-02 Section C and J-08 Section L as described in the response to BQ 9. A0002 - The purpose of this amendment is to respond to BQ 5 - 8, add summary of changes via Attachment J-10_BQA_Log, and update clauses listed in Attachment J-10_BQA_Log. Submission date is revised to 17 APR 2026 at 1700 EST. A0001 - The purpose of this amendment is to respond to BQ 1 - 4, extend the proposal submission due date, and upload documents previously missing / provide clarity on numbering. See conformed copy (SF33) for complete solicitation, particularly Section J for complete list of exhibit / attachments / addenda.
