Description
This is an actual solicitation for commercial commodity to procure 1 each Deep Draw Vacuum Thermoforming Machine to include Installation & Training at Tinker AFB, OK to support Air Force Programmed Depot maintenance (PDM) in building 3907. This item must be Brand name (Formech 2440 or equal. The proposed contract action is for a commodity that the Government intends to solicit competitively as Full & Open. The Air Force Sustainment Center (AFSC/PZIMA) at Tinker Air Force Base Oklahoma intends to negotiate firm fixed price CLINs. A Site visit will be scheduled and advertised for any interested parties who would like to visit the building mentioned above and be more familiar with this requirement. A Firm Fixed Price (FFP) type contract is contemplated. The requested delivery date is 20 weeks (140 days) after date of contract award. The award date is estimated to be 01 March 2019. Location: Tinker AFB, Oklahoma System for Award Management (SAM) registration is required to receive any award. Contractors can register electronically at http://www.sam.gov. The NAICS code for this requirement is 333999 with a size standard of 500. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals.
