Description

The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Crownpoint Healthcare Facility located in Crownpoint, New Mexico, intends to negotiate a non-competitive firm-fixed-price award to Joint Commission Resources, Inc., to provide hardcopy, 2026 Comprehensive Accreditation Manual for Hospital (CAMH). The estimated delivery April 9, 2026 The award will be a sole source procurement awarded to Joint Commission Resources Inc. in accordance with RFO 12.102 � Restricting competition for acquisitions valued at or below the simplified acquisition threshold (SAT), the ordering activity contracting officer must determine in writing that the circumstance of the acquisition deems only one source reasonably capable of providing the products, services, or solutions. Joint Commission Resources Inc. (JCR) is the official and exclusive publisher designated by The Joint Commission to reproduce and distribute its accreditation manuals and standards. This notice is not a solicitation or a request for offers. Any potential sources other than Joint Commission Resources Inc. may submit a capability statement via electronic mail to Marshall Arviso, Contract Specialist, at marshall.arviso@ihs.gov by 8:00 AM MST on Tuesday, March 17, 2026. Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A solicitation will not be issued.
