VETERINARY SERVICES - Seattle, WA REQUEST FOR QUOTE INTRODUCTION This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12. SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE DESCRIPTION The US Geological Survey (USGS), Western Fisheries Research Center (WFRC), requires Veterinary Services as described in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). The USGS requires a base year and one option year. RELEVANT INFORMATION The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 541940 Veterinary Services, and associated size standard $10 million applies to this announcement, along with Product Service Code R416 Support- Professional: Veterinary/Animal Care. Services will be performed at 6505 N.E. 65th Street, Seattle, WA 98115, and also at the Marrowstone Field Station located at 616 Marrowstone Point Road, Nordland, WA 98358. QUESTIONS All questions must be sent directly to elizabeth_adam@ios.doi.gov by Monday, April 13, 2026, at 10:00am PT. SUBMISSION OF QUOTES All quote documents required by this solicitation must be uploaded and received in their entirety no later than Wednesday, April 15, 2026, at 10:00am. Quotes submitted by hardcopy or any web portal shall not be accepted or considered Offerors shall demonstrate in their quotation how they will meet the requirements outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW). Failure to clearly demonstrate this may result in the quotation being determined technically unacceptable. Offerors may include resumes, references, and other documents if necessary. EVALUATION FACTORS - Experience and expertise of key personnel. - Past Performance - Price Estimated Period of Performance: Base Year: 05/01/2026 - 04/30/2027 Option Year: 05/01/2027 - 04/30/2028 Offerors shall return the following: - Signed SF-18 - Firm, fixed price quote - Technical information including work plan, CV, experience, past performance, references - System for Award Management (SAM) Unique Identification Entity (UEI) Attached Pages: - Statement of Work - Clauses and Provisions
