The solicitation has been extended to October 22, 2025; 3:00 PM CDT. Also attached is the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (CSS) document. Please also note, an Industry Day scheduled for October 7, 2025; 10:00 AM CDT at Tinker AFB. Please RSVP to Shanita Manuel and Anthony Dollard by October 3rd. Please see CSS for further information. Amendment 0001: Please note the posting of Amendment 0001 to include FAR clause 52.232-18 Availability of Funds. The Air Force Sustainment Center (AFSC/PZIMB) at Tinker Air Force Base Oklahoma, intends to award a Small Business Set-Aside, Firm-Fixed-Price contract for the acquisition of the commodity listed below. The contract will be issued for a one-time purchase, delivery and installation of one (1) Fuel Flow Transmitter (FFT) Test Stand. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement and proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Please see attached documents for details. Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently availablefor this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
