Product Specifications/Features/Salient Characteristics Required Minimum Specifications: The request is for a 5-laser spectral flow cytometry system consisting of both a spectral analyzer and a 6-way spectral cell sorter with small particle detection, designed for high-plex and small particle studies. Core System Requirements Both analyzer and sorter must: Use software platform to enable seamless experiment/data transfer and analysis. Support spectral continuity between analyzer and sorter. Operate with a 5-laser configuration: o UV (355 nm) o Violet (405 nm) o Blue (488 nm) o Yellow-green (561 nm) o Red (640 nm) Detect fluorescence up to 825 nm or higher wavelength. Perform live spectral unmixing. Calculate autofluorescence as a separate parameter. Generate data compliant with Flow Cytometry Standard (FCS) 3.1 or higher. Be compatible with major analysis platforms (OMIQ, FlowJo, Cytobank, FCS Express, etc.). Include an automated QC module. Include all required attachments for full functionality. Analyzer-Specific Requirements Equipped with an autoloader supporting: o 96-well standard plates o 96-well deep-well plates o 384-well plates o Individual or rack-based 12 75 mm tubes Protocols developed on the analyzer must be transferable to the sorter. Sorter-Specific Requirements 6-way sorting capability. Capable of aseptic sorting into: o 1.51.8 mL Eppendorf tubes o 96-well cell culture plates o 384-well plates o 96-well PCR plates Support for 70 ?m, 100 ?m, and 130 ?m nozzle sizes. Include a vendor-tested biosafety hood for proper aerosol containment. Must support small particle detection. Overall, the system must provide integrated, high-plex spectral particle/cytometric analysis and high-plex spectral cell/particle sorting with seamless workflow continuity, advanced unmixing capabilities, small particle detection, and compliance with current data standards. Both units must meet NIH workplace instrumentation requirements. Instruments must come with 5-year extended warranty and onsite field service support. Interested firms with the capability of providing all the required items shall submit a capability statement to assist the Government in determining in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation 19.104-1. The intended procurement will be classified under North American Industrial Classification (NAICS) code 334516 with a size standard of 1000e. All respondents are required to identify their firms size and type of business. Interested firms responding to this market survey must provide (a) capability statement demonstrating their experience, skills and capability to fulfill the Governments requirements for the above. The capability statement shall be in sufficient enough details so that the Government can determine the experience and capability of your firm to provide the items above. Offers must also be accompanied by descriptive literature, delivery timeframe, warranties and other information that demonstrates that the offer meets all the foregoing requirements. Capability statements must include the name and telephone number, and email address of a point of contact having authority and knowledge to discuss responses with Government representatives. Capability statements in response to the market survey that do not provide sufficient information for evaluation will be considered non-responsive. A copy of the capability statement must be received via email to robinsti@mail.nih.gov Attn: Tina Robinson prior to 5:00 pm eastern daylight time on June 23, 2026. Capability statement must reference solicitation# 75N98026R00099. Submission by email must also reference solicitation # 75N98026R00099 on the subject line of the email. Any questions must be sent via email to robinsti@mail.nih.gov and must include solicitation# 75N98026R00099 on the subject line of email.
