Description

[Used SAM�s �Edit� feature to upload/attach the Corrected solicitation, RFQ_ATT.0_..., with FAR clause 52.223-22 removed from Section 4.2, "INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS," due to a FAR Deviation.] This is a combined synopsis/solicitation (request for quotations {RFQ}) for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6 via https://www.acquisition.gov/far/subpart-12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this Notice. This solicitation document/RFQ and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-05 via https://www.acquisition.gov/browse/index/far. This announcement constitutes the only written solicitation for which the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms & Explosives (ATF) is requesting quotations; no other written solicitation will be issued. Interested offerors shall read ALL attachments and follow the �INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS� (within the most-recent posting) under FAR 52.212-1 (SECTION 4.2) to: submit questions properly via the attached (ATT. 3_�) file; and respond properly to this RFQ with its complete-quotation package. Since all communication must be written, thus via email, to be considered, ATF will not entertain phone calls or voicemails. If there are issues saving the files, try selecting "Save As" vs. "Save" � Also ensure all responses are visible before submitting to ATF.
