Description
The Contractor shall provide comprehensive food services for the U.S. Embassy Georgetown Marine Security Guard (MSG) Detachment. This includes furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and services required to prepare and serve meals to the MSG Detachment. The Contractor�s fixed monthly price shall cover all labor, materials, insurance (in accordance with FAR 52.228-4 and 52.228-5), overhead, and profit. Food procurement is conducted separately: the Mess Non-Commissioned Officer (NCO) will purchase food bi-weekly, following approval of a 30-day menu. The Contractor must accompany the Mess NCO during these purchases to ensure quality and compliance with menu requirements. The Contractor is responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen environment, adhering to all applicable health and safety regulations, and ensuring that all services meet U.S. food safety standards. Period of Performance: The period of performance for this service is one (1) base year, with four (4) one-year option periods, to be exercised at the discretion of the U.S. Government.
