Subject: Sources Sought IN075 Facilities Description: SOURCES SOUGHT. NO SOLICITATION EXISTS. This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE for Market Research purposes ONLY. This information will be used to determine the availability of Contractors capable of meeting the Governments minimum requirements. Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Fort McCoy, WI is seeking qualified and responsible sources capable of performing Refuse Services at twelve (12) locations in Indiana. This notice does not constitute a request for quote. The intent of this notice is to identify potential Offerors for Market Research purposes; and facilitate the Government?s decision to set-aside the requirement for SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS.NAICS Code: 562111 ? Refuse. PSC Code: S205. Description/Scope of Work: See the attached DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS).Responses to this sources sought notice shall not exceed five (5) pages. The Contractors Capability Statement shall include (at a minimum):? A cover page (no less than 12 pt. font) that contains the following: Company name and address CAGE code, SAM UEI Number, Company business size by NAICS code, Small Business Type(s), Point of Contact for questions and/or clarifications, Telephone Number and email address, Web Page URL (if applicable), Years in business, Affiliate information, parent company, joint venture partners. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE or any follow-up information requests. No telephone calls requesting a solicitation package will be accepted because there is no solicitation. In order to protect the procurement integrity of any future procurement, if any, that may arise from this announcement, information regarding the Technical Point of Contact (TPOC) will not be provided and no appointments for presentation will be made. Responses shall be submitted via email to dorothy.a.doughty.civ@army.mil by 8:00 A.M. CDT, 22 December 2025. Any questions regarding the draft PWS shall be submitted in writing to Ms. Dorothy Doughty at dorothy.a.doughty.civ@army.mil . No telephone calls will be accepted. Disclaimer and Important Note. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contact or otherwise pay for the information provided in response. The Government reserves the right to use information provided by respondents for any purpose deemed necessary and legally appropriate.
