Description
Request for Offer/Solicitation # 697DCK-26-R-00130 for Weed Control Services for the FAA, Illinois O'Hare, Midway and DuPage Area Facilities. The Principal North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) size standard code for this requirement is 561210, Facility Support Services. QUESTIONS All Questions/Requests for Information (RFI) must be emailed to alicia.prince@faa.gov (Contracting Officer) no later than February 25, 2026 at 5:00 PM CT to allow sufficient time to respond. Please include Solicitation/SIR # 697DCK-26-R-00130 in subject line of email correspondence. NO PHONE CALLS, PLEASE. Potential offerors should note that the FAA reserves the right to communicate with one or more offerors at any time during the RFO process Proposals must be received by email no later than the specified date and time listed in Section 8 of the SIR/Solicitation document, to the Contracting Officer at alicia.m.grant@faa.gov. Any responses received after the closing date and time, may not be considered in accordance with AMS provision 3.2.2.3-14, Late Submissions, Modifications, and Withdrawals of Submittals. Loans are available under the DOT Short Term Lending Program (STLP) at prime interest rates to provide accounts receivable financing. The maximum line of credit is $750,000.
