Description

Please note that this is not a request for proposal nor a request for quote as there is no solicitation document available. Therefore, this is a notice of intent issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs to negotiate a limited source contract with AGILITI HEALTH (M3DQYY15GLP8) IAW FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B) due to needing a three (3) month Bridge Contract for the Continuance of the Hill-Rom Hospital Bed & Mattress equipment Rentals. This three (3) month Bridge contract will maintain the current level of patient care & ordering procedures while the sites get the appropriate approvals/paperwork for a longer contract. The Government will not be responsible for paying for any of the costs incurred and associated with the development of any responses submitted to this notice. Information received in response to this special notice will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct competitive procurement. The determination to not compete, the proposed acquisition is wholly within the discretion of the Government. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 339113 (Surgical Appliance and Supplies Manufacturing). Responses to this notice are due to Jennifer Mead by email Jennifer.Mead@va.gov no later than 10:00 a.m. Local Time on Thursday, October 23, 2025.
