Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office - NCO 15, intends to release a Request for Proposal (RFP). We are seeking Proposal for the following: *** Scope Leasing and Service Contract VISN 15 *** The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this RFP is 532490 � Other Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment Rental and Leasing, with a Size Standards of $40 million, and Product Service Code (PSC) of W065 � Lease or Rental of Equipment � Medical, Dental, and Veterinary Equipment and Supplies. This is a Firm-Fixed Price, FOB Destination requirement, and intended as full and open competition. VISN 15 will host an Industry Day for potential offerors to showcase their latest technology in scopes and end-item components. Event Details: Date: March 11, 2026 Location: 3450 S. 4th Street Trafficway, Leavenworth, KS 66048. All RFP details, to include full specifications, will be included in Section B of the RFP, which will be released on or about February 20, 2026. Any contractor who wishes to receive a copy of the RFP should monitor this posting. Due date for submission of quote will be March 23, 2026, at 11:00 am Central Time (CT). RFP response shall be submitted via email referencing the �RFP - 36C25526R0074� in the subject line to veronica.flores@va.gov and jessica.barton1@va.gov. Interested firms are reminded that in accordance with FAR 4.203, prospective contractors shall complete electronic annual representations and certifications to be considered for award. In addition, FAR 4.203 states that prospective contractors shall be registered in the System for Award Management (www.SAM.gov) database. All Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB), Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) shall be verified in SBA Dynamic Small Business Search at https://dsbs.sba.gov/. Non-OEM firms must submit their Authorized Distributor Letter with the quote.
