SOURCES SOUGHT For NSN: 1620-01-608-2455 C-5 Parts Kit 7 Port Request Number: FA8203-26-R-2455 NAICS: 336413 NOTICE: This is not a solicitation but rather a Sources Sought to determine potential sources for information and planning purposes only. Any information submitted by respondents to this sources sought is voluntary and will not be returned. The Government will not reimburse any costs incurred or associated with the submission of information in response to this notice. Purpose: The purpose of this Sources Sought is to conduct market research to determine if other responsible sources exist. The proposed North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 336413 Other Aircraft Part and Auxiliary Equipment Manufacturing, which has a corresponding Size standard of 1,250 employees. The Government is interested in all small businesses to include 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, Hubzone, and Women-Owned small business concerns. The government requests that interested parties respond to this notice if applicable and identify your small business status to the identified NAICS code and size standard for each group. Additionally, please provide any anticipated teaming arrangements, along with a description of similar services offered to the Government and to commercial customers for the past three years. Any responses involving teaming agreements should delineate between the work that will be accomplished by the prime and the work accomplished by the teaming partners. The Government will use this information for acquisition planning purposes. The Government requires a potential offeror to either produce all items contained w/in the Parts Kit or show the ability to source the individual components and kit the items as needed. Program Details: Item: C-5 Parts Kit 7 Port National Stock Number (NSN): 1620-01-608-2455 Part Number (P/N): 201128078-10 AF estimates a need for 33 individual Parts Kits consisting of the following: Associated Names, PNs and NSNs that make up the Parts Kit: see attachment �PARTS KIT LIST.pdf� NAICS Code: 336413 � Other Aircraft Parts and Auxiliary Equipment Manufacturing Is this a Recovery and Reinvestment Act Action: No Expendability, Recoverability, Reparability Category (ERRC) Code: N Spares or Repair: Spares Due to estimated future volume, the Government is interested in setting up an IDIQ or a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) for the C-5 Parts Kit 7 Port (see BOA or IDIQ Interest.docx). The information in this notice is based on the best and most current information available to date. This information is subject to change and is not binding to the Government. Updated information will be provided in future announcements and posted electronically on the Federal Business opportunities homepage at www.fbo.gov. The Government shall not reimburse the costs of preparing responses to this request for information. The Ogden Air Logistics Complex Contracting Directorate (AFMC), Hill Air Force Base (AFB), Utah, intends to issue a formal Request for Quote in April 2026.
