Description

The U.S. Government intends to award a service contract for a Preventative Maintenance and Servicing Plan for ScrubEx Machines in support of Brooke Army Medical Center (BAMC), JBSA Fort Sam Houston, TX on a SOLE SOURCE basis. The proposed contract will be awarded as a sole source Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) action to: L1 Enterprises INC. 618 W Patrick ST Frederick, MD 21701-4028 Description of Services or Supplies: This requirement is for Annual Comprehensive and Preventive maintenance services for 231 Government-owned ScrubEx machines located within BAMC pursuant to the authority of Title 41 U.S.C. �1901(e)(2) as implemented in FAR 13.501(a)(1)(ii), sole source (including brand name) under the authority of the simplified procedures for certain commercial items. Award will be made on or about 15 NOV 2025. The notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. This sole source synopsis is for informational purposes only. However, any interested party that believes it can meet the subject requirement described herein may identify themselves and must provide evidence of their capability to fulfill the requirement being requested. All responses must be received in writing by the response due date/time established within this notice. Responses must be supported with clear and convincing evidence demonstrating that the vendor can provide the services outlined in this notice. Information received will be considered solely for determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Responses must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer, Mr. James Davis, at james.m.davis1.civ@health.mil and the Contract Specialist, Ms. Jaclyn Evans, at jaclyn.v.evans.civ@health.mil no later than the timeframe noted above.
