Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number is FA468626Q0002 is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for the delivery of seven (7) 24' x 36' rectangle Snow/Alpine RS and four (4) 24' x 18' rectangle Snow/Alpine RS. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) and assigned rating, is not applicable. (ii) A list of line-item number(s) and items, quantities, and units of measure are included in the attached document labeled solicitation. (iii) 7x 36'x24' and 4x 18'x24' rectangles with grommets installed every 12 inches around all 4 edges of every panel. One side must be solid white, and the other side should be white, mostly white, or of a light color to reflect maximum light inward. Must be certified to block all known electronic, radio frequency, and visual surveillance systems to include radar, synthetic aperture radar, thermal, short-wave infrared, near-infrared, and infrared. Must be flexible enough to collapse a hanging 150' curtain unto a 10' storage space. Can not exceed 800 pounds combined for all 11 panels. (iv) Date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance and FOB point are identified in the Delivery section of the attached document labeled solicitation. (v) A list of solicitation provisions that apply to the acquisition are identified in the attached document labeled solicitation (vi) A list of contract clauses that apply to the acquisition are identified in the attached document labeled solicitation. (Vii) Offers are due 10 April 2026 at 1500 PST to the POCs identified.
