Description
**This is a SOURCES SOUGHT notice for market research purposes and not a request for proposals. An award will not be made from this announcement.** The 316th Civil Engineer Squadron anticipates a requirement for operation and maintenance services for the Energy Management Control System (EMCS) at Joint Base Andrews, to include Cybersecurity elements. The current EMCS is a Siemens Building Technologies, Landis Division, Insight System 600 with Desigo Apogee software. Please see attached DRAFT Performance Work Statement for a detailed explanation of required services. If interested and capable of fulfilling this requirement, please complete the attached Questionnaire for EMCS Sources Sought and return to SSgt Nadjma Spellman, nadjma.spellman@us.af.mil no later than 23 January 2026 4:30 PM EST. Also include your capability statement and any experience/past performance for efforts of similar size, scope, and complexity. RESPONSES ARE CONSIDERED INCOMPLETE IF THEY DO NOT INCLUDE THE ATTACHED QUESTIONNAIRE. Any interested party may inquire with the below Point of Contacts for this requirement.
