This is a SYNOPSIS OF CONTRACT AWARD. This synopsis is to announce award of a contract in accordance with FAR Subpart 5.3. No proposals are being requested or accepted with this synopsis. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS AND NO CONTRACT SHALL BE AWARDED FROM THIS SYNOPSIS. On 11 Dec 2025, NAVSUP FLC Norfolk, Groton Office, CT awarded a Firm-Fixed-Price contract for CompTIA Core 1 and Core 2 Student Guide eBooks and CompTIA Core 1 and Core 2 Instructor Guide eBooks for Submarine Learning Center (SLC) Groton, CT. Contract N0018926PG006 was awarded to CompTIA, Inc. in the amount of $239,760.00. The award was made in response to RFQ N0018925QG166. Any challenges to this sole source must be received in writing and sent to kelly.polson@navy.mil. Challenges must include information sufficient to enable the Government to make a determination that an equivalent product exists which would meet the Governments needs as stated herein. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
