Description
Air Force Test Center Installation Operational Contracting Division/PZIOAB, Eglin AFB FL, 32531 Proposed Solicitation number/Identifier: FA2823-25-Q-A042 The Air Force Test Center (AFTC), Installation Contracting Division (AFTC/PZIOAB), Eglin AFB, FL intends to solicit and award a sole source contract to GEN4 SERVICES LLC 3195 Fern Croft Ln, Clarksville, TN 37043 USA. Cage code; 4YD78. This acquisition is to add funding to aircrew flight equipment services contract in accordance with the Performance Work Statement dated 10 March 2020. The anticipated contract will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Commercial Purchase Order. The statutory authority which permits other than full and open competition for this acquisition is 41 United States Code (USC) 1901, as implemented by FAR 13.106-1(b). This authority is supported by an approved single source justification. It is the Government's intent to proceed with this sole-source action. The applicable NAICS Code is 561990 All Other Support Services. The size standard as defined by the U.S. Small Business Administration is $12M. The selected Product Service Code is J084. The anticipated award date is 21 November 2025. REQUIRMENT: CLIN 0001: (FIRM-FIXED PRICE) 1 (EA) Add funding AFE Contract. December - January Funding. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS OR QUOTATIONS. No solicitation package will be issued. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether conducting a competitive procurement is in the best interest of the Government. All responses received by 20 November 2025 10:00AM Central Daylight Time (CDT) will be considered by the Government. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals/quotes. All information submitted should support the offeror's capability to provide the items required and shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. Responses must be in writing and must provide clear and concise documentation indicating an offeror's capability to provide these services.
