Description

This Request for Information (RFI), 15BNAS26RFI000013, is issued by the Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP). The BOP is seeking information from vendors capable of providing professional administrative investigation services in support of workers� compensation case reviews. The objective of the contemplated requirement is to obtain qualified investigative services to identify and document evidence that may be inconsistent with an employee�s reported medical restrictions associated with active workers� compensation claims.The proposed acquisition is classified under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 561611 � Investigation Services. DISCLAIMER: This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation. This RFI does not commit the Government to issue a solicitation, award a contract, or reimburse any costs incurred in the preparation of a response. All information received in response to this RFI that is marked as proprietary will be handled accordingly. Responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this RFI. If, after reviewing this document, you desire to participate in this market research RFI, you should reply via email with your response to Edwin Ingram, Contracting Officer, at e2ingram@bop.gov no later than 2:00 pm ET Wednesday, March 4, 2026. Email attachments shall not exceed 12 MB. Proprietary information should be clearly marked. All submissions shall be sent via e-mail and attachments shall be provided in Adobe Acrobat Portable Document Format (PDF). Questions will not be answered after COB Wednesday, February 25, 2025.
