Update 0002 to add an unrestricted copy of Attachment 3 - Price Matrix for industry use to solicitation based on industry questions received on 6 July 2026.This is a Request for Proposal under W81K0426RA016 for BMET Services. This contract will be awarded as a single award IDIQ. Questions, Clarifications, or Discrepancies. Address all questions, clarifications, or concerns regarding this full proposal submission in writing to Ms. Catherine-Tehila Johnson, Contract Specialist via e-mail at catherine-tehila.o.johnson.civ@army.mil and Mr. David Libby, Procuring Contracting Officer, via e-mail at david.j.libby.civ@army.mil referencing solicitation number W81K0426RA016 BMET at the beginning of the subject line. Questions may be submitted up to 7 calendar days after solicitation release date located in block 6 of the SF 1449 in the format at Attachment 09, ?Question and Answer Template? The questions close date is 8 July 2026 at 12 PM San Antonio Local Time. In the event of solicitation discrepancies (e.g., errors, omissions, or is otherwise unclear or unsound), offerors shall immediately notify the Contracting Officer (KO) in writing with supporting rationale. Be advised that all correspondence sent via e-mail shall contain a subject line that reads ?W81K0426RA016 BMET?. Note that e-mail filters at Fort Sam Houston are designed to filter e-mails without subject lines or with suspicious subject lines or contents (e.g., .exe, or .zip files); therefore, if this subject line is not included, the e-mail may not get through the e-mail filters. Also, be advised that .zip or .exe files are not allowable attachments and may be deleted by the e-mail filters at Fort Sam Houston. If sending packages via e-mail, ensure only .pdf, .doc(x), or .xls(x) documents are sent. The e-mail filter may delete any other form of attachments.
