Description
The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support this requirement for HUD�s Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO), in support of the Office of the Chief Human Capital Officer (OCHCO) and Office of the Inspector General (OIG) requires the Contractor to provide licenses, configuration, implementation, and ongoing operations and maintenance (O&M) support for HUD�s Enterprise Talent Management System (ETMS). The solution must support workforce planning, competency tracking, employee and leadership development, and data-driven decision-making. Contractor services shall include: �Project Management �Enterprise Licensing Subscription and Support �Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Services �Help Desk Support �ETMS Documentation �Training Support Services �Development, Modernization, and Enhancements (DME) (Optional Task) �Transition Services (Optional Tasks) The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement.
