Q&A set as of 12FEB2026: Q1. Is there an incumbent for this work, or is this a new requirement? A1. This is a new requirement. Q2. The PWS mentions that the mobile unit must have an individual audiometry booth. Will the government accept results from a boothless system? A2. N/A, no hearing tests are being conducted. Any mention of audiometry in the PWS should be disregarded. Q3. The PWS states both that "physical examinations will be performed by a Physician" and that the contractor will provide "Board Certified Occupational Health Physician(s) / Physician�s Assistant." Please clarify if a Physician is required for all examinations or if a Physician Assistant is acceptable. A3. The Government will accept a PA, or a nurse practitioner. Q4. Does the Government require one individual or two for this project? A4. This is a PWS. The Government does not dictate number of personnel required to accomplish the tasks but does specify the personnel qualifications required. Q5. Is the required duration one week or two weeks? A5. Actual performance is up to 5-days. Contractor has the option to quote performance period of either 6-10 April or 20-24 April. Q6. Is the requirement for personnel only, or must the medical van also be provided? A6. See PWS sections 1.1 and 5.5. ______________________________________________________ Requirement supports the Florida Army National Guard (FLARNG) for Occupational Medical Surveillance Examination Program in accordance with the Occupation Safety and Health Association (OSHA) and other regulations. There are 3 locations that require this service. The estimated number of personnel to be examined is 30-60. The Government has the right to increase and/or decrease the number of employees/military personnel and the locations for service. The hours of operation will be based on the shops in that area, being tested due to time zone and traffic issues. The Contractor will provide Board Certified Occupational Health Physician(s) / Physician�s Assistant, supervision, all labor, tools, materials, equipment, to include HIPPA and privacy statements and incidentals required to conduct the Medical Surveillance Examination / Occupational Health Services for the FLARNG. The contractor must be capable of conducting the Technician Occupational Medical Surveillance Examinations using mobile medical units (vans, trailers etc.) See attached PWS and Combined Synopsis-Solicitation for further details.
