Description
Design-Build (DB) and Design-Bid-Build (DBB) Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP), Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) for large general construction projects, including new construction, renovation, alteration and repair, located in the NAVFAC SE Area of Operations (AO), which includes, but is not limited to, the States of Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, South Carolina, Tennessee and Texas. Please Note: Amendment 0001 to this Solicitation was published on the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment website on January 25, 2024, but failed to upload to Contract Opportunities on SAM.gov.
