1.0 DISCLAIMER This is a Sources Sought Notice / Request for Information (RFI) only. This notice is issued solely for market research and planning purposes in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10. It does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ), Request for Proposal (RFP), or a promise to issue a solicitation in the future. This RFI does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. The Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this notice. All costs associated with responding to this notice will be solely at the interested party�s expense. 2.0 BACKGROUND & OBJECTIVE The USAF AFRC 434 CONS/PK at Grissom Air Reserve Base (ARB), Indiana, is conducting market research to identify potential commercial sources capable of providing a short-term rental fleet of fifty (50) gas-powered golf carts to support the 2026 Grissom ARB Airshow. 3.0 REQUIREMENT OVERVIEW The anticipated Period of Performance is August 24, 2026, through September 1, 2026. 3.1 Vehicle Specifications: All vehicles must be gas-powered and capable of operating safely on grass, gravel, and tarmac. All carts must be equipped with headlights, taillights, sun canopies/roofs, and windshields. CLIN 0001: Ten (10) Utility Golf Carts (equipped with a cargo bed). CLIN 0002: Forty (40) Passenger Golf Carts (4-seater capacity). CLIN 0003 (Optional): On-site technical support and maintenance during the event. 3.2 Logistics & Base Access Constraints: Delivery: Monday, August 24, 2026, no later than 10:00 AM (Local Time). Pick-up: Tuesday, September 1, 2026, between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM (Local Time). Location: Non-flight line side of Base Operations (Bldg 600), Grissom ARB, IN 46971. Security: Grissom ARB is a secure installation. Delivery/pick-up drivers must pass a background check and possess valid identification. Commercial delivery trucks must undergo inspection at the base gate (Mon-Fri, 0815-1545). Fuel Policy: The Government will conduct daily refueling during the event. Vehicles will NOT be returned with full tanks of fuel (no post-rental refueling fees shall apply). 4.0 REQUESTED CAPABILITY STATEMENT Interested vendors who believe they can meet this requirement are requested to submit a brief Capability Statement (no more than 3 pages). Please include the following information: Requested Information 1. Company ProfileCompany Name, Address, Point of Contact, Phone Number, and Email. 2. IdentifiersCAGE Code and SAM.gov Unique Entity ID (UEI). 3. Business SizeBusiness size and socio-economic status under NAICS 532284 (e.g., Small Business, 8(a), SDVOSB, WOSB, HubZone, or Large Business). 4. CapabilityA brief statement confirming the ability to provide the specified mix of 50 gas-powered vehicles with the required safety features. 5. Logistics ConfirmationConfirmation of ability to meet the strict delivery/pickup windows and comply with DoD base access/truck inspection requirements. 6.
