This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 12441926Q0030 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Fort Simcoe Job Corps CCC Diesel Fuel Dispenser and Pump Replacement This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 333914. The small business size standard is 750 employees. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency. See attachment �12441926Q0030� for applicable clauses, instructions, and evaluation criteria. The Government is planning a pre-proposal conference (site visit), during which potential offerors may obtain a better understanding of the work required. Offerors are cautioned that, notwithstanding any remarks or clarifications given at the conference, all terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged unless they are changed by amendment to the solicitation. If the answers to conference questions, or any solicitation amendment, create ambiguities, it is the responsibility of the offeror to seek clarification prior to submitting an offer. Questions after this time will not be considered. Offers submitted in response to this solicitation shall include all items listed in AGAR 452.215-71 (c) listed above.
