Description
Notice of Intent to Sole Source Laundry Detergent Feed System The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP), Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville (FLCJ), FL intends to issue a sole source award for the procurement of laundry detergent feed system and chemicals to be provided for the commercial washers at Unaccompanied Housing Corry Station, FL; Center for Information Dominance (CID) to Charles Neely Corporation. The contractor shall provide and maintain the laundry feed system, which includes four pumps, four front-load dispensers, a controller (machine interface), J-cables (963300), a chemical dispenser, with built-in load count feature to track and document wash loads, chemicals dispensed, wash levels, and wash times. The system must be compatible with the particular washing machines Model SP100E2 25 ANN-ABA B&C Technologies. The equipment is proprietary to Charles Neely Corporation. The applicable North American Industrial Classification System Code (NAICS) code that this work falls under is 811310, Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance, with a Small Business Size of $12.5M. This notice of intent is for information purposes only. All sources eligible to provide this requirement must respond in writing. Responses must be supported with clear and convincing evidence to clearly articulate the ability to provide this requirement as outlined above. A request for documentation will not be considered as an affirmative response. If no responses are received, within 15 calendar days after publication of this notice, to the effect that comparable items are available, and that it is more advantageous to the Government than obtaining this product through a sole-source contract, then a sole source acquisition award will be made.
