Description
The Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD) has a requirement for a floating dock. The compliant product is available from small business vendors on the open market. The NAICS code is 237990 and the business size is $45 million. The proposed purchase order is being solicited on a small business set-aside basis. The NSWCCD will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible Quoter that submits the quote in response to this solicitation that represent the best value to the Government. See 52.212-2- EVALUATION. Questions/clarification regarding this solicitation must be submitted no later than May 18, 2026 at 12:00PM noon. All questions will be answered in an amendment to the solicitation. Quote packages are due no later than May 27, 2026, at 12:00 PM. Inquiries and submissions should be directed to both Michael Bonaiuto at michael.j.bonaiuto.civ@us.navy.mil. Quote packages should contain a cover sheet that provides the following information: a) Official Company Name; b) Point of Contact including name and phone number; c) Cage code
