*THIS RFQ WILL BE EVALUATED BASED ON LOWEST PRICE, TECHNICALLY ACCEPTABLE METHODOLOGY* Looking to source a Parametric Amplifier and accessories with the following specifications: Raytheon BBN Fully Tested and Characterized JPA System Wide Bandwidth Josephson Junction Parametric Amplifier Tunable Center Frequency: 5.0 � 7.0 GHz Gain: 20 dB minimum Instantaneous Bandwidth: 300 MHz Noise temperature: 295 mK @ 6.8 GHz Matched input: 50 Ohm Compact Aluminum cryo-package Connector In/Out: 2.92mm K connectors - 1x Raytheon BBN JPA with S/N # - 1x JPA Bracket & MuMetal Shield - 1x Short cable 2.625" - 1x Cable 8.625" - 1x LNF Circulator LNF-CIC4_8A with 2nd mumetal shield - 1x Bias Tee - 1x LC Absorptive Filter Non-magnetic Cryogenic DC Block Broadband High out of Band Rejection Low Insertion Loss Compact Design Cryogenic Functionality (operates down to 10 mK) Pass Band: 0.2 to 18 GHz Block Band: DC to 500 kHz, 20 dB Insertion Loss: 0.5 dB Return Loss: 20 dB Connectors In/Out: SMA F/M Housing Material: Brass Finish: Abaloy Length: 1.03 inches connector to connector Please review all applicable documentation and provide a proposal response no later than 4:00 PM CST June 5, 2026.
