Description
This is an Announcement for Asbestos Abatement Healthcare System Period of Performance: 06/15/2026-07/13/2026 This is a SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. The purpose of this Sources Sought announcement is for market research to make appropriate acquisition decisions. It is neither a solicitation announcement nor a request for proposals or quotes. The Government is not obligated to, nor will it pay for or reimburse any costs associated with responding to this sources sought synopsis request. This requirement is for a non-Personal Services Contract to remove, transport and dispose of asbestos in the Biomedical Office, Building 1, Basement at VA Central California Health Care System (VACCHCS) in Fresno, California. Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, material, tools, travel and overhead necessary to perform this service at VACCHCS. The proposal shall include completion during a fourteen-day duration from on or after June 15, 2026, and before July 13, 2026. The offeror will create containment barriers prior to working. Provide manifest to Contracting Officer s Representative for chain of custody. Offerors will comply with EPA/OSHA regulations. The offeror will notify COR upon starting and completing work. The NAICS and Product Service Codes for this requisition are as follows: NAICS code 562910, Remediation Services has been verified as the correct NAICS code for the requirement, verified through the BLS website at https://www.bls.gov/cew/classifications/industry/industry-titles.htm The correct Product and Service Code (PSC) for the requirement is F999: Other Environmental Services is verified in the April 2025 PSC Manual. The Period of Performance dates are as follows: June 15, 2026-July 13, 2026. Basic Requirement Information. If responses to questions 1-8 are not provided, vendor is considered nonresponsive.
