SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL OR QUOTE; THE VA IS NOT SEEKING PRICING OR OFFERS. The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 20, in support of the Puget Sound VA Healthcare System, is performing market research to compile data regarding: (1) The availability and capability of qualified small business concerns; (2) Identify if there are sufficient number of qualified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, Veteran Owned Small Business, HUB Zone 8(a), Women-Owned Small Business, or Small Disadvantaged Business, Small Business concerns relative to the subject North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code. Responses to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate procurement method, including any set-aside decision. Respondents should clearly describe their capabilities to include management experience, equipment and personnel or the ability to obtain them. Furthermore, interested sources must also meet all requirements of Federal, State, and Local Municipal codes regarding operations of this type of service. The NAICS code assigned is: 811210 Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance The small business size standard is $34.0 Million. Not responding to this Sources Sought does not preclude participation in any future or potential solicitation, or Request for Quotation. It is the intent of the Puget Sound VA Healthcare System to use the information gathered for market research purposes only. If a formal solicitation is released, it will be posted via the Contract Opportunies on Sam.gov. DESCRIPTION OF THE REQUIREMENT: The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 20, is seeking sources that can provide on-site, full service maintenance and repair services for VA-owned Abbott WorkMate Claris and EnSite X EP Systems at the Seattle VA Medical Center. The Scope of this contract includes all parts and services to properly provide preventative maintenance and on-site repairs to ensure that all units are fully operational according to manufacturer specifications prior to departure. The Contractor shall provide all necessary travel, labor, materials, tools, documentation, and parts required for the inspection, support, and repair of the equipment, software, and accessories listed in the Schedule of Equipment. This includes: Parts Replacement Coverage Software Upgrades / Revisions Annual Preventive Maintenance After Hour Preventive Maintenance On-Site Service, Priority Response Level 1 (within one business days) Shipping Level 1: First Overnight for down systems; for non-down systems, Priority Next Business-Day morning 24/7/365 Telephone Technical Support Remote System Diagnostics and Maintenance Loaner Systems / Components Technical User Training Course Credits Advanced Training Package Most Up-to-Date Commercially Available Hardware Upgrades / Revision Commercially Available Software Expansion Modules Technology Performance Package: replacement coverage for select normal wear-and-tear items Schedule of Equipment: Item # System Name 1 WM Claris System Display Plus 2 EP-4 Cardiac Stimulator 3 EnSite X System v1.1.1 4 Cool Point Pump US 4th Ed 5 TactiSys v1.7.1 Global Pack 6 Ampere System Kit (US) POTENTIAL SOURCES SHALL PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION IN THEIR RESPONSE: Mark if your firm is eligible for participation in one of the following small business programs.
