Description

The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA), Public Buildings Service is seeking a highly qualified Design-Build Firm to provide comprehensive site development, design and construction services for a new U.S. Courthouse in Hartford, CT. The proposed new courthouse is estimated to have a maximum total area not to exceed 281,000 gross square feet of office, storage, and special use space. The design will incorporate classical or traditional architecture, in accordance with the President�s Executive Order 14344, Making Federal Architecture Beautiful Again. Offerors are responsible for obtaining the solicitation and all other related documents. It is also the offeror�s responsibility to regularly monitor www.sam.gov for any solicitation amendments and any other related information pertaining to this project. Amendment 1, attached for your reference, formally extends the Phase 1 Proposal due date to Friday, April 24, 2026, at 4:00 PM ET. Amendment 2, attached for your reference, is issued to incorporate the RFI responses dated 4/22/26 into the solicitation. This amendment also provides notice that additional funds may become available at a future date, and offerors are advised that subsequent availability of funds may allow for changes to the project; such changes will be considered to be within the scope of the competition and resulting contract.
