Replace Fuel Dispenser Reel and Containment (Station Pascagoula)

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for non-commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 36, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and no other written solicitation will not be issued. Instructions to offerors, (FAR Part 36) evaluation criteria, and all applicable FAR Provisions and Clauses are attached. The solicitation number is 70Z02926QNEWO0000022 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses. Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Clauses and Department of Labor Wage Rates for Construction are included in this order and are applicable. Active Account on: https://www.sam.gov The United States Coast Guard is seeking quotations from qualified contractors to perform comprehensive replacement of the fuel dispensing system components at U.S. Coast Guard Station Pascagoula, Mississippi. Work includes removal and disposal of the existing fuel dispenser reel and containment, installation and testing of new stainless-steel fuel dispenser reels and containment boxes for both gasoline and diesel dispensers, replacement of all mechanical inline safety devices and pressure relief valves with new stainless-steel parts, replacement of all fuel filters at main tanks and dispensers, replacement of dispenser nozzles and hoses, installation of new hose reels and covers, compliance with all federal, state, and local hazmat and safety requirements, provision of temporary toilet facilities for contractor personnel, and submission of required submittals, warranties, operation and maintenance manuals, and training for Coast Guard personnel. The total contract performance period is 30 calendar days.
