OVERVIEW This is a Sources Sought Notice issued for market research purposes only. The General Services Administration, Public Buildings Service, is seeking information from qualified contractors regarding capabilities for the "Syracuse VBA Hnaley 5th Floor- Construction" project. PROJECT DESCRIPTION Project Title: Syracuse VBA Hanley 5th Floor- Construction Location: James M. Hanley Federal Building, 100 S Clinton St, Syracuse, NY 13261 Scope: Renovation of approximately 2,384 sf. on the 5th Floor in the Hanley Federal Building located in Syracuse, NY The primary goal is to build out a space to suit the needs of the Veteran's Benefits Agency in the Hanley Federal Building. The construction work to support this project initiative, GSA requires a construction contractor to procure, supply, and furnish all materials and labor to implement the work set forth by the design documents, drawings and specifications. The contractor must be proficient in construction services, which include, but are not limited to: electrical, mechanical, ACM, etc. The contractor must also have adequate labor, equipment, materials, and experience to perform the requirements imposed by this construction project. The contractor must also have knowledge of building repairs, renovations and alterations. INFORMATION REQUESTED Interested parties should provide: 1. Company Information: Business size/classification (small business certifications) UEI number 2. Relevant Experience: Previous construction/renovation projects (last 10 years) Experience with federal building renovations Projects in occupied federal facilities Project values, locations, and completion dates Relevant certifications or specialized training 3.
