Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) RFO Part 12. This procurement is being conducted using full and open competition and is subject to the price evaluation preference for Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) small business concerns. This preference is applied in accordance with RFO 19.1307 and FAR 52.219-4, Notice of Price Evaluation Preference for HUBZone Small Business Concerns. The Government requires four (4) commercially available lasers to support mission testing operations. The lasers must meet all minimum objective requirements outlined in Attachment 1- Technical Specification Sheet. Delivery is required to Arnold Air Force Base located in TN no later than 10 weeks after receipt of order. The requirement will be met in accordance with RFO Part 12 procedures, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services, using NAICS code 334516, business size standard 1,000 employees.
