Description
REQUEST FOR INFORMATION The Government is issuing this Request for Information to determine a competitive basis for the procurement described. This is not a solicitation. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this survey. This survey is for market research purposes only. Only contractors capable of performing this type of work should respond to this Request for Information. Requirement: The work shall consist of furnishing all labor, tools, materials, and Eaton approved test equipment necessary to refurbish and deliver a total of three (3) total Eaton 150VCP-WG-50-3000A Vacuum Circuit Breakers (VCB), property of the US Government, to Cordell Hull, Wolf Creek, and Old Hickory respectively. The VCBs have been provided to Eaton for evaluation and recommended refurbishment. Following final refurbishment, the contractor shall return three (3) Eaton 150VCP-WG50-3000A VCB to Cordell Hull Power Plant, Wolf Creek Power Plant, and Old Hickory Power Plant as described below. The breaker must be compatible with existing USACE switchgear. The contractor will be required to provide all plant, labor and materials to complete the project.
