Washington, DC 20534 June 18, 2026 Notification to Unsuccessful Offerors Solicitation Number FLT0001-26, Diesel Engine DYNO Testing and Remanufactured Pursuant to FAR 12.301 Notifications (DEVIATION), this letter serves as your Post-Award notice. Requirements were posted to www.SAM.gov on 05/28/2026 as a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation. No Amendments were issued. The offer due date was 06/02/2026. The solicitation was set-aside 100% for total small business, NAICS NAICS 336350 � Motor Vehicle Transmission and Power Train Parts, size standard 1,500 employees. The solicitation stated a single award, all or none. Solicitation is issued as a one (1) base plus one (1) option year indefinite delivery-indefinite quantity type contract with an Economic Price Adjustment. The contract was awarded on 06/18/2026, effective 06/18/2026. There were four (4) Offerors that responded to the solicitation and submitted responsive proposals. Evaluation of offerors was based on significant technical factors, past performance factors within the past three years for like or similar items and price. Technical and past performance factors were more important than price.
