Description

Provide weld inspection services and reporting for the identified fracture critical members (FCMs) on hydraulic steel structures (HSSs) at two locations. Inspections must include visual testing (VT) by a Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) as well as nondestructive testing (NDT) by a certified technician. NDT must be magnetic particle testing (MT), dye penetrant testing (PT), or ultrasonic testing (UT), as specified in section 2 of this Performance Work Statement (PWS). Provide an inspection report detailing the findings for each inspected HSS in accordance with section 2 of this PWS. Inspections will occur at the following locations: Robert S Kerr Powerhouse 29759 Powerhouse Road Keota, OK 74941 and Broken Bow Powerhouse 4905 N State Hwy 259A Broken Bow, OK 74728. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Southwestern Division (SWD), Tulsa District (SWT) intends to issue a commercial contract from solicitation W912BV25QA024 for Weld Inspection Services. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541380. The resulting contract will be issued on a Firm-Fixed Price basis, to the responsible offeror whose quote is conforming to the requirements of the solicitation and will be most advantageous to the Government considering price, past performance, and conformance with sub-contracting regulations.
