****** AMENDMENT 1 ************** This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. It is the Government's intent to award this requirement using FAR Part 12 and Subpart 13.5 procedures. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and no other solicitation will be issued. Quotes shall reference solicitation number HQC00426QE003. This Request for Quote (RFQ) document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-06 dated 1 October 2025. The associated NAICS code is 811310 with a small business size standard of $12.5 million dollars. All of the Contractor�s costs associated with the Preventive Maintenance (PM), including but not limited to labor, parts, expendables, fluids, transportation, and trip charges are in accordance with the Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract line items, and will not be reimbursed in any other way. Unscheduled Maintenance (UM) repairs or service is performed on an as-needed basis. All the Contractor�s cost associated with the UM services shall be within the established fixed hourly rates for labor, and actual costs for materials and other direct costs rates (ODCs) are in accordance with Time and Material (T&M) contract line-item number (CLIN). The period of performance (POP) for this contract will be one base year and four one-year options. The options may be exercised at the discretion of the Government. This solicitation is being issued as 100% total small business set-aside. Questions shall be submitted to the contract specialist no later than January 22, 2026, at 4:00 pm EST. The Government makes no assurance that questions received after this date and time will be answered. Answers to questions received shall only be answered via amendment to the combined synopsis. Quotes are due no later than January 29, 2026 at 2:00 pm. Quotes shall only be received by the contract specialist Sheila Smith at Sheila.Smith@deca.mil
