Description
The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity Healthcare Contracting Division � West, Bldg 339 Clark Road, Ft Shafter, HI 96858, intends to make a sole source award to Primex Wireless Inc. for Centralized Clock Update for Bassett Army Community Hospital, Alaska. The NAICS code for this procurement is 334513. The statutory authority permitting this award without providing full and open competition is RFO FAR 12.102(a) which authorizes the government to award contracts where there is only one source and no other suppliers or services will satisfy agency requirements.
