Description
This is a notice of intent to award a sole-source contract and is not a request for proposals. However, the Government shall consider all responses from responsible sources. Naval Health Research Center (NHRC), San Diego, CA, intends to enter into a contract with OXFORD NANOPORE TECHNOLOGIES INC, CAGE 73DG3, New York, NY. The statutory authority for this procurement is 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), only one responsible source. Item/Service Description Annual preventative maintenance and support for an Oxford Nanopore Technologies PromethION 2 Integrated genomic sequencing platform. Delivery Schedule 12 Months plus two 12-Month Option Periods. All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) and have fully completed FAR and DFARS representations and certifications.
