USGS FLAGPOLE LIGHTING INSTALLATION This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in Solicitation 140G0126R0006. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Proposals are being requested, and a separate written solicitation document has been issued. The solicitation has been issued under the authority of FAR Part 15 Contracting by Negotiation.
